Can I change my order?
We usually process orders immediately so please contact us as soon as possible so we can change your order before it is shipped.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to (almost) everywhere in the world. The only places we don't currently ship to are Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.
How much does shipping cost to my country?
All shipping is calculated at checkout as different items cost different amounts to send worldwide.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We are partnered with a number of different companies throughout the world who produce our products and ship them as locally as possible.
If you are in the U.S. we have a number of partners throughout the country and we will try to ensure that your order is produced and shipped from as close to where you live as possible so you can receive order as quickly as possible.
We aim to print and ship your order within 2-5 days and hope to get your order to you within 7-10 days depending on where you are in the world.
What if I want to return my order?
We think you will be delighted with your PPS order but if for any reason you are not happy and wish to return your order, please fill out the form included and return to us to the address provided.
I've lost the return slip that was included with my order, how do I return my products?
If you have lost your return slip, please contact us and we will email you another one to print out.
Will I receive a full refund?
If you are not happy with your order, you have the option to exchange it for a different size or product within 28 days.
If however you wish to receive a full refund for your order we will be more than happy to do this just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I'm in love with something but no longer see it in the store, will it come back in stock?
We add new items almost daily but if there is something that is no longer on the store that you love, please contact us at email@example.com and we will see if we have any left in our warehouses.
Where is the PPS store based?
The PPS store is based in the U.K.
Why are the prices displayed in US Dollars?
Even though PPS is a U.K. based business, the majority of our customers are from the U.S. so the prices are displayed in U.S. dollars ($).
You can select a different currency from the drop down menu at the top right of the store to see the prices in your local currency.
I have changed the currency displayed in the store to my local currency but when I get to the checkout it goes back to U.S. Dollars ($)
Even though you can change the currency shown to be your local currency on the product page, the store still sells in U.S. Dollars ($) so will automatically revert to dollars when you checkout.
Will I have to pay a conversion fee?
Because PPS is based in the U.K. your bank may charge a small fee to convert your dollars that you are spending in the store into British Sterling (£). This fee will only be around 20-40 cents and most banks don't charge any fee, but if you have been charged a fee and are unhappy about it, please contact us and we will reimburse you.
If you are based outside of the U.S. and Europe you may have to pay customs fees when you receive your orders. This depends entirely on which country the order is being sent to.
